Dieter Fiek

Founder of Atlanta Remodeling & Construction, Dieter brings 15 years of experience in general contracting with a determination to break the mold of the industry by centering his company mission on advocating for the client and leading a team that strives to deliver projects in an exceptional manner by embracing both quality and passion. He understands this is severely lacking in the industry and has built a proven track record in both residential and commercial projects driven through referrals.

Originally from Lima, Peru; Dieter moved to the United States as a child. As an adult, he excelled in business development through his passion for improving on the consumer to business experience. Born to a family of entrepreneurs, Dieter followed in those footsteps and went into business with his father and sister in the summer of 1999. Together they launched Paint Etc.; the sister company to what is now Atlanta Remodeling & Construction. Years later in 2014, he founded ARC with the same mission in mind which has experienced continued growth year after year supporting both Atlanta area homes and businesses.

When Dieter isn’t working, he spends time with his wife, April and their dog Lily. He spends most weekends with his family, playing basketball or enjoying Atlanta neighborhood restaurants!

Operations Manager

Lindsay Pumpelly

Lindsay is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and has called Atlanta home since 2010. During her time with ARC, she has focused on leveraging technology to enhance processes and elevate the customer experience.

She has a strong background in customer service and truly enjoys connecting with people. In fact, networking played a key role in bringing her to the ARC team, and she thrives in her role as a liaison between clients, project managers and subcontractors. The fast-paced environment of the construction industry is genuinely exciting and she appreciates being involved in every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, she loves riding bikes with her husband and two kids, cheering on Georgia football, exploring new Atlanta restaurants, reading, and exercising.

Senior Project Manager

John Venegas

John holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pilot University of Colombia. He has 27 years of experience as a project manager in commercial and residential construction in Colombia and the United States. He managed projects in different states like New York, Illinois, Ohio, and Georgia. His passion for architecture and design grew from a very early age- looking at his father who was an architect as well. His ability to lead projects and his organizational skills deliver excellent results. John is a married father of one, who enjoys tennis and biking.

Bobby Keys

Bobby is a proud graduate from Mississippi State with bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance. He moved to Atlanta in 1993 and was in new home sales until 1996. Following this, he became a general contractor in Georgia and Alabama and has been building single-family residential and townhomes for the past 28 years. He is also a certified home inspector. On the weekends you can find him enjoying kart racing and deer hunting.

Alex Nardone

With over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, Alex has established himself as a seasoned professional. His career is marked by a robust portfolio of successful projects, ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments.  Alex’s expertise spans project management, architectural design, site supervision, and quality assurance, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Alex moved to Atlanta in 1993 after college. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, boating and fishing with his family.  He also enjoys cooking on the grill and exploring recipes from his Italian heritage.  Goditi la dolce vita!  (Enjoy the sweet life!)

Alondra Jimenez

With over seven years of experience in residential property management and single-family renovations, Alondra is diving head first into her role as an Assistant Project Manager. She enjoys the dynamic nature of the construction industry and takes pride in being both detail-oriented and adaptable. Alondra values building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, which fuels her passion for creating a smooth project experience from start to finish.

When she’s not managing projects, Alondra enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. A proud dog mom, she loves spending time with her Siberian Husky, Kash, who keeps her on her toes and always brings a sense of adventure to her days.

Wanda Feliz

Wanda takes pride in being a reliable point of contact for clients and teammates alike, ensuring clear communication and on-track projects. Joining the ARC team felt like a natural fit – a place where quality, accountability, and genuine care for the client are more than just talking points.

She brings over six years of experience in construction coordination, with a background spanning both residential and commercial projects. She has spent much of her career immersed in residential construction, developing a sharp eye for scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and keeping projects moving efficiently from start to finish. She embraces technology as a tool for streamlining processes and elevating the client experience.

When she’s not coordinating builds, Wanda is likely cheering from the bleachers as a proud baseball mom, spending time with her kids and dogs, discovering new local restaurant spots and wineries, or trying out new recipes at home.

Stefano Loffredo

Immersed in the world of architecture and design, Stefano brings over 30 years of experience to his role as a Project Consultant at Atlanta Remodeling & Construction. Throughout his career, he has forged his skills meticulously working closely with home owners, architects and interior designers to help bring their projects to life. Stefano has established himself as a dedicated professional known for balancing the importance of careful craftsmanship with well-planned execution in every project he undertakes.

Originally from Chicago, his professional journey is defined by a diverse portfolio of successful ventures, ranging from complex historic preservation projects to complete, high-end home renovations. Formally trained at Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago, Stefano conceptualizes a client’s design vision and implements it through well-crafted architectural solutions.

In his off time, Stefano shares his passion for travel and cooking with his family, cherishing moments filled with laughter and fun. An avid writer when time allows, he is currently channeling his creative energy into penning the sequel to his first self-published fiction novel.
